CANCELLATION POLICY

To secure your appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. This amount will be applied toward your total service. Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled. Same-day cancellations are subject to the full service charge. Appointments must be rescheduled within 72 hours to avoid additional fees. No-call/no-shows will result in a booking restriction for future appointments. No extra guests are allowed unless previously approved. By booking, you agree to these terms.
